Brewery draught, 12/29/23. Clear, golden. Well-retained, white head. Fruity hops with crisp malts and lots of fresh herbs. Lemon, lime, melon and honey. Clean. Malty but with good attenuation and some citrusy hops. Good bitterness on the finish. Nice and clean, assertively malty and hoppy.

Pours clear yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet caramel and hay aromas. Crisp with sour lemon, lime and hay front to back. Medium length sourdough finish.
