Brewery draught, 12/29/23. Clear blonde-golden. Small, white, spotty cover. Earthy, herbal, dusty in a good way. Hoppy but with some floral rice and light cracker. Crackery, with floral rice and earthy, herbal-peppery. Great texture with good dryness and a crisp finish. Love the hops, live the rice. Well done.
