Woodstock draught, 12/15/23. Clear, pale golden. Juicy, mineral rich with not much sign of the grape but the full French treatment of Brett and lacto, with soft tannin from barrel. Lots of red wine up front with spice, chalk, red fruit and lingering lactic acidity and light cinnamon. Hint of chalk, more spice, good apple and grape blend. Very drinkable and flavorful. More oak with warming and breathing.
