Woodstock bottle pour, 12/15/23. Maybe a touch of chill haze. Deep red raspberry, small ring of white bubbles on top. Basil quite prominent, but mixing nicely with the raspberry seed character. Great mix of floral and spice with good attenuation it seems. Lower acidity, as well. Juicy with raspberry juice, light seed, lightly spicy, floral basil. Wouldn't expect the basil to work well but it does. Good body and attenuation with low to moderate, softened acidity. Lingering spice, fruit, light apple notes and good, deep flavorful juiciness.
