This 6% hazy was brewed with 2 row, wheat, and malted oats, hopped with Citra, HBC 586, and Cashmere hops and fermented with an extremely expressive yeast. The selected hop blend created some really cool flavors. We are getting big notes of fruit punch, key lime, margaritas, and pineapple. The days are short right now, soak up all the light you can!

Brighton draught, 12/17/24. Heavily hazy, golden-blonde-lemon. White head, spotty. Juicy, spicy, light berry and deep greenery. Biscuit and well-attenuated Pils malt. Clean, no resin or booze. Hey this isn't thickly-sweet! Wow. Berries for days, lots of cracker and biscuit. Actually want more malt depth but I can get behind the attenuation. Lingering juicy berry and orange-mango. A bit shorter, slightly dulling finish. Too much in suspension?
