Sweet, caramely and thiccc with some roastiness, vanilla, salted caramel, toffee and syrup. Quite sweet and heavy. Less balanced than Strawberry or Coconut.

500 ml bottle spilt 3 ways. Thanks to ClarkVV! Aroma has bourbon and bold chocolate. The thick body is near motor oil. The bourbon ALMOST cuts the sweetness. Chocolate and caramel without a question. Honestly, to much caramel.

500mL bottle, undated, drunk 12/8/24. Typical WW motor oil pour. Rich, thick, fudgey with mellow, rich bourbon. Caramel sweetness with a buttery-cacao undercurrent. Dark chocolate, pepper, no alcohol. For 30 months of two insane bourbons it could use a bit more bourbon... Soy oxidation and vanilla with sweet, fudgey malts and lots of caramel throughout. Spicy bourbon but just barely enough to balance. Sweet, not horrendously so but a bit too much nonetheless. Don't think the caramel or cacao add anything and rather detract/distract from the bourbon.
Thanks Clark, this is good but way too much sweet caramel. Wished the showcased the barrel more.
Bottom left. Lots and lots of caramel and chocolate notes, lordy I can feel the calories.
