750mL bottle, pours jet black with coconut chunks and almost no head. Aroma is dense, with intense coconut, dark sugars, some roast, and big woody barrel notes. Flavour is intense as hell, with loads of coconut, dark sugars, more coconut, and just enough bourbon to accentuate the coconut. Wonderful coconut monster with tons of elegance and depth. Beauty.

Bottle pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Opaque black with nice viscosity, no head, no lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, coconut, chocolate, oak, bourbon complement. Taste is strong roasted malt, molasses, coconut, cocoa, oak. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good strength, tons of complexity and balance. Great.

750 ml bottle, thank you ClarkVV on the share! Aroma had a nice amount of coconut with mild barrel and oak. Flavor has the mild coffee with a near vanilla nuance. A oily mouth feel with a full body.. nice!

750mL bottle drunk 11/23/24. Dark, inky, tan edges, small tan bubbles. Rich and roasty with a strong coffee character, despite there being no coffee. Lactose? Coconut and such. No alcohol. Rich, thick, syrupy, chewy, succulent, full of fruity and coconutty character. Soft, good bitterness and dark chocolate. Didn't like the last coco vibes but man, this has the acidity, bitterness and balance. Rich, flavorful, chocolatey and with fudgey, fruity, coconut for days. No booze.
Thanks Clark, coconut, chocolate, nice willet bourbon. Tastes like barrel aged coconut fudge.

Rated at Side Project Brewing. Smooth, sweetish and heavy with coconut notes, some earthiness, hints of barrel and bourbony vanilla. A bit heavy and harsh. 2023 was a lot smoother.

On tap at Side Project Cellar. Black with tan head. Intensive chocolate and coconut in aroma, dense chocolate, cocoa, coconut in taste, touch of bourbon. Very smooth.
