Can pour at the brewery, 11/17/24. Lightly cloudy, deep bronze-maize. Medium-sized, white head, moderate retention. Beautiful, Dupont-esque nose. Chalk, plaster, mild black pepper. Super mild, tastefully-done botanicals. Can taste the yeast in suspension, which isn't great. Kinda meaty. Soft, malty, good attenuation. Bit of herbal bitterness. Yeah...that damned haziness which obviously isn't intended. Just a bad pour (by the owner/brewer).
