Brewery draught, 11/17/24. Hint of haze. Deep golden-bronze. Firm, but small, white head. Stiff pnw hopping and rich barley with nutty, rich oats. Pine, light resin, hard grapefruit rind...some floral brightness. Clean. Soft, wheat-and-oat-comforted palate with much less aggressive hop character than the nose portends. None, in fact. Perfume, wood, dry pine and high attenuation. The texture is soft on account of the adjunct grains but there's just about zero malt sweetness. Wouldn't mind a little, but thankfully it's incredibly low bitterness, so it's not a huge deal.
