Brewer's Tap and Table draught, 11/16/24. Mildly hazy, passion fruit-pineapple juice with a quickly-fizzling, yellowish head. Interesting aromatics with authentic fruit, not too much acidity, light vanilla richness and again, not too much marshmallow (though I don't think it adds anything here, at all, and probably detracts). Not sugary, though, which feels like a big win. Indeed it's not too sweet which is shocking for this brewery. And in fact, it's possibly a bit too attenuated and thin with some sharper lactic acid combining with fruit acids. Vanilla and mallow soften somewhat, but also clash a bit with the fruit flavors.
