Quiet Satisfaction is our Wheat Lager—a refined lager brewed with premium malt and a healthy dose of wheat for a smooth, soft mouthfeel and bright, lingering white foam. German Hallertau Blanc hops lend nuanced notes of white grape, lemon zest, white peach, and pear, evoking a crisp Pinot Gris-like profile.

Charlton draught, 11/4/24. Clear brass-golden. Medium-sized, white head, good retention. Good minerality, mild white wine and a bit of rustic and nutty wheat. Seems nicely crisp and attenuated. Very hoppy, prominent acidity and gruner-like wine notes abound. Ample body with chewy wheat and a soft texture. Good attenuation. Lingering sourdough, wine and mineral. Robust, snappy, highly flavorful stuff. Don't usually care for the mega-green, borderline astringent bitterness of Hallertauer Blanc, but it's done exquisitely-well here.

Pours a very, very pale golden yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is grass, bread, hops. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.
