Brewed with a reverence for tradition, we utilize select German malts and a harmonious blend of noble hops to create a remarkably crisp, refreshing, and delightfully balanced beer. Time spent conditioning in a foeder imparts a noticeable depth of flavor and complexity to the beer. This allows for a round and rich mouthfeel, providing a hint of perceived sweetness and a delicate softening to the beer.
Meander Oak is a product of our lifelong obsessive dedication to crafting beers of elegance, character, and enjoyability. I hope the care and attention to detail that went into this beer is evident when you drink it—Enjoy.

Lukr at Charlton, 10/22/24. Large, creamy, white head. Lemon-brass-golden body. High clarity. Smells absolutely divine. Big honey, light biscuit, soft herbs and crisp yeast with a hint of oak. Immaculately clean. Rich and malty with more oak than most of their oak-aged lager series usually has. Rich, crisp, clean, refreshing with lots of herb, pepper and mineral. Oak gives it a sourdough-like feel adding its acidity. Maybe a bit more fresh oak character than I'd prefer, especially for such a light beer, but the beer itself is incredibly well-made.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale peach tea color, with smallish head. Aroma is grass, pine, some woodiness, hops. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.
