8 oz draft. Aroma is mild pale grain, noble hops. Flavor follows with a soft malt backbone balanced by bitterness. Well crafted.

Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Clear blonde-brass. Small, white head. Clean, clear soft and full of pillowy honey-like malt. Crisp mineral-rich lager yeast. Bready, salty, rich, tons of sourdough and rich, tangy, herbal hops. Wish it was more mellow and clear like the nose. Lingering strong sourdough and bracing bitterness.
