Bottle 330ml. @ The Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Toast Summer Edition Top Lager ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, citrus, grain, light bread, light cookie, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, citrus, fruity, sugary, bread - toasted bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170804] 5-3-6-3-11

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight herbal. Mild sweet. Toasted. Light grassy. Subdued bitterness. Sweet, light toasted malt finish.

Bright clear gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and has a mild minerally crispness. Pretty sweet pale malts, a little lager character underneath. Very mild citric hop and light sweet floralness. Pretty sweet! Could do with a lot more noble hop to balance this one out.

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, slightly bready aroma, unspecific fruitiness. Taste is moderately sweet fruity, slightly unspecific fruitiness, elderberry, elderflower; clean, slightly monotonous.

33cl bottle at Chris & Ruth´s House. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, pale malt, watery. Taste of medium sweet pale malt, grainy, hints of sweet bread.
