Brewery draught, 10/11/24. Pale blonde-golden. Small white head sits at spotty cover. Very slight aroma, per 4 Star Farms hops. Not much maltiness apparent, either. In the mouth there is actual, chewy, sweet, honey-like, deep malt with mild pepper, lots of white grape and pear from the hops. The flavor is delicate and light but very well-done. Dries out lightly through cracker and biscuit with gentle bitterness and more, soft herbal and unripe pear skin notes. Clean, delicate and malty.
