Can at home Sunday evening watching little football. Light copper yellow and smallish head. Nose is honey and bread. Tatses much the same. Little woody and floral to boot. Clean bodied but doesn’t really pop.

Canned 8/1/24, drunk 9/8/24. Lighter, clear golden-brass with a hint of deeper honey. Small, white head, sits at light cover. Biscuit, gentle honey, baked bread and mildly spicy, herbal hops. Clean, tending malty. Balanced. Light lager-like crispness on finish. Soft and malty up front, quite deep with an apple-like fruitiness and tons of white bread and honey. Very low bitterness and the expected dryness and/or rustic grain and/or crisp lager finish never quite arrives. Just kind of remains bready and with sweet white bread notes, fruity and somewhat flat on the palate, bogging down severely as the glass wears on. Very clean.

Pours amber with a bubbly white head. Immediate aroma of somewhat flat malt. Taste has very dry, woody malt with immediate hints of unidentified Central European hops. Palate has lingering oak notes. Good.

Did a side by side by side with a local NH and a nationally distributed Oktoberfest. Pours a clear copper body with thin white head. Aroma of toasted grain, caramel, and weak fruitiness. Flavor of light caramel, light biscuit, and toasted grain. Body is on the thin side. Overall, very light.
