Down Yonder is a collab with our friends over at Montana Craft Malt. They produce 10,000 tonnes of malt in Butte, MT close to some of the best growing barley in the country if not the world! Our co-founder Jack connected with them to learn more about malting German barley for his book Modern Lager Beer. Try this Export Helles to see how their Esma malt works with double decoction mashing.

Brewery draught, 9/7/24. Clear, bright maize-golden. Small, white head. Malty, clean, honey and white bread. Lower hop character. Malty, rich, but drying out just fine with ample yet low bitterness. Clean. Wouldn't hate more hop, but I get this is highlighting the malt, which it does well.

Draft post rock climbing beer, my ideal night. Quite light in coloration foamy head. Nose is faint bread, malt and florals. Tastes much the same crusty sourdough, hint of lemon, hay, florals. Light drinking but not watery. Thirst quenching.
