Rated at Barski Helsinki. Intensely hoppy, tropical fruity and grassy with some herbal notes, citrus, grapefruit and chalky bitterness. Pretty good

7/23/24 canning, drunk 8/31/24. Thanks to TJ! Heavily hazy, lemon-brass-maize. Small, white head. Juicy, spicy, pineapple-lime-orange. Seems quite a bit more Citra than Nelson, but still some spice, pine and white wine there. Cracker and light honey from the gentle malt. Rich, thick, intensely juicy and syrupy in the best way possible. Loaded with juicy citrus, white wine and balancing, bitter pine. Malty and yet properly attenuated. Not boozey.

16 oz can. Aroma has mild white grape and soft grapefruit. Flavor pops big time. Nelson character with grapefruit peel and soft malt backbone. Soft mouthfeel and pillowy like texture. Great!

Can pour shared by Chalumeaux--thank you, TJ! Milky opaque yellow with thin head fading to a ring and light lacing. Aroma is strong musky herb, citrus. Taste follows aroma. Frothy, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Great first exposure to the brewer! Not complex but good strength and goes together well!

Classic Monk Milk. Very green and dank, fruity/tropical. Goes wonderfully with NHL hockey and meal prep. Thanks TQ!

Pours a hazy, lemon-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is very dank, with the slightest touch of used gas/oil mix, some citrus and tropical fruit, sour washcloth. Flavor follows, with a fair amount of underlying sweetness and moderate hop bitterness at the finish. Very soft, smooth mouthfeel.
