Bottle pour shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Clear dark brown/mahogany with no head, lacing. Aroma is strong honey and cherry w/milder apple. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good complexity and strength. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Thanks. Brian! Aroma shows soft cherry and honey. Pretty decent flavor. Apple, honey and a ton of cherry. Really nice mead that I never heard of.

500mL bottle shared by Willrunforbeer on 8/3/24. Cherry-raspberry. Clear. Good mix of yeast, mineral, acid and mellow, macerated fruit. Rich, juicy cherry and blueberry. Round and no alcohol. Rich, juicy cherry, lots of pulp, meat and light acid. A bit light of body but good pepper, sweetness and juice. Pretty nicely balanced. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a red with an amber hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma has a nice cherry note with a bit of tart apple and a touch of dry honey underlying. Flavor has cherry and light spice with a bit of apple and a nice honey backbone.
