750mL bottled October 5, 2022, drunk 8/3/24. Gushing quickly leading to a honey-lemon-golden beer. Some haze. Moderate head, low retention. Chalky, rich, heavy mineral-forward Brett with pineapple notes and rustic grains. Don't get the sumac but I don't really know what sumac tastes like. Juicy, rich, malty, rustic with cranberry, gentle Brett, rich saison yeast and excellent malt depth. Soft, rich, juicy, malty, dry. Nothing unwanted in the yeast profile. Maybe a bit bitter, overly, lingering.
