Pours pitch black with a superbly gushing beige head and lots of it. Pleasant chocolate aroma, slightly milky with hints of coffee. Taste starts gently sweet with chocolate, slight cherry touch perhpas, but very gentle (too gentle). Slight roastiness later on. Gentle aftertaste. Very nice and silky body. Very nice. Would be even better with more cherries, but still a very delicious treat.

Bottle bought online from Hoptimism. Pours very dark brown with big tan head. Nose of cherries & lactose. On the taste it’s sweet cherry, roasty chocolate malts, a little coffee. Medium body, lively carbonation (a gusher from the bottle). Very sweet but not unpleasantly so. Think I could only manage one.
