Brewery draught, 7/28/24. Clear, pale golden-brass. Small, well-retained, whites head. Excellent yeast character with gently floral hops and rich, honey-like malts. Very clean. Excellent, excellent bitterness up front with rich, authentic lager yeast and a crisp, rustic malt texture, snappy and well-attenuated yet showing proper depth for its size. Unbelievably drinkable and refreshing. All aspects balanced and in point, clean.

Draft during anniversary party gold pour rather clear and foamy white head. Nose is lemony and fresh cut grass. Tastes the same with some brass instrument, crackers, and minerals. Clean crisp palate.
