Canned 6/20/24, drunk 7/26/24. Clear, bright golden-maize. Medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Wow that's really expressive of the authentic Kolsch yeast. And exactly what you want. Not too much textile, but stronger fruit and not even as heavy on green apple. Pear and good acidity with a very clean presentation and gently supportive, honey-and-cracker-like malts. Brilliantly malty with good acidity and interesting pear and apple. Not-overdone, spicy hops balance deep, rich malts and there is good attenuation. Clean and incredibly flavorful with such a lovely, expressive yeast character. Well this was a pleasant surprise. Will have to try their other stuff now.

Canned March 9th. Straw yellow, finger of foam, noble hops, light pitted fruit, toasted malt aromas. Noble hop character is strong in this one. Toasted malt and a light presence of light pitted fruit. 4.8% abv and it’s bursting at the seams with flavour. Highly recommended.

Poured into a stange, the appearance was a mostly transparent golden yellow color with a sustaining white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Sly sticky lace.
The aroma centers around a nice blend of grassy hops subtly moving into a crisp semi-sweet corn to nice bready malt base. Nice blend!
The flavor yields to the sweetness of the blend of the hops to the malts with a nice fair lingering grassy hop/malt aftertaste. Quick wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about light bodied with a fabulous sesseionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. Grassy hop bitterness lays a nice crispness along my tongue. ABV felt as projected by the brewer.
Overall, leave it to Stone Corral to brew a fabulous German styled Kolsch that I even think Germany could even get behind.
