Our next best IPA was never an IPA to begin with, it’s part of our Saison Modern series of hop saturated farmhouse ales, Wax Galaxies is brewed with massive additions of Saaz, Motueka™ and Wai-Iti™ hops on top of Blue Ox Yankee Pils, Wheat and Munich malts alongside Aurora Mills Organic Flaked Oats. Dry-hopped with Motueka™ and Wai-Iti™ hops, then again with Amarillo Cryo® and Nelson Sauvin™ Bright, floral, dry and slightly bitter, awash in aromas of citrus, fruit salad picnics, cut grass and stone fruit.

Brewery draught, 7/14/24. Chill hazed, bronze-maize. Medium-sized, white head, moderate retention. A bit hoppier than the base, bit more pitch and chalk. Kinda feels like this is a young Tree House can that would really come in to its own in a week or two. As is, still excellent, soft, dry, not over-hopped (not dominated by hop bitterness or flavor). Delicious yeast character, endless amounts of Dupont. A real shame the assassin missed Donald Trump.
