Reviewed from notes.
Can to weizen glass.
Appearance: glossy amber to copper color with a little bit of transparency along the sides of the glass; finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some sliding lace
Aroma: some sweet to tart wheat; light banana, some bubblegum, subtle lemon, light clove and a little bit of grassiness at the bottom
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a sweet to tart blend; finishes with the cloves and bubblegum
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but no wheat kick or bite, hmmmm...
Overall: not bad for what it is but no where near to a middle tier hefeweizen.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Lightly cloudy golden-brass. Small, white ring of head. Clovey, lightly bubble gum tinged. Crusty wheat. Clean, but very clovey. Good wheat softness/slickness. Clove and banana with nuttiness and banana. Quite balanced in the mouth. Malty and wheaty but dry and acidic balancing.

5 oz draft. Aroma is soft banana. Flavor follows with some clove and bubblegum. About what I was expecting.

Can from Anthony, 8/11/21. Hazed, pale yellowish-orange color, spotty lace. Classic, wit, spice, clove, banana thing going on. Nice stuff. 7/4/7/4/15
