A truly unique Summer refresher; this beer is made with 100% oak smoked wheat malt. With waves of pleasant smoke and bready wheat flavor, this beer sits at only 3.3% ABV, making it a session beer that'll remind you of late Summer nights by the campfire.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: ruddy yellow in color with a good transparency about it. Three fingers of white foamy head dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: light smoke, sweet wheat, and bready tones
Flavor: smoky sweet and nice crisp smoky and bready aftertaste
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable; so smooth and finishes crisp and sweet wheaty
Overall: though I haven't had many Grodziskies, as far as I know this was well done and I know I would have again for me in the Summer!

4 oz draft. Aroma is smoke and ash. Flavor is mostly the same with a decent amount of malt. Not overly smoky but… not really my thing.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Clear, pale, white gold. Frothy, white head, to spotty cover. Salty, but fairly subtle smoke. Nutty wheat, maybe not as much acidity or lager yeast as I'd like. But clean, with pepper and dough. Light, clean, doughy, malty and drying out heavily. Not very crisp or lactic at all. Smoke is old, salty, subtle. Not the best execution but at least no glaring flaws.
