Can drunk 6/22/24. Milky, turbid, bright maize-golden. Small, creamy, white head shows low to moderate retention. Clean, vibrant hops with no resin and very little booze for its size. Bright, fruity, spicy, lots of mineral, some sulfur and an excellent, honey-rich base malt. In the mouth it's incredibly soft, lightly creamy, lightly oily, very malty and rich with good attenuation, tons of tropical fruit juice, spice and mineral. Little bit of everything, but no resin or punchy hop character with low alcohol and bright, vibrant, big hop notes AND, importantly, ample bitterness. Just when I was ready to write BBCO off, after an incredibly disappointing visit to the brewery, they go and do this....
