The second offering in our Cellar Series is an unfiltered pale ale brewed with
pilsner malt, wheat, and oats, fermented with our house Kölsch ale yeast, and
dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and HBC 1019. Hazy light orange in color with
bright notes of honeydew melon, peaches, and tangerine rind, with a soft mouthfeel and dry, moderately bitter finish.

Brewery draught, 6/15/24. Moderately hazy, muted bronze. Medium-sized, white head, good retention. Fruity, juicy, clean, aromatic. Rich malts and lightly juicy hops. Clean. Richly malted, good attenuation. Straightforward hop character shows citrus and mango. Very biscuity, lightly sweet. Very low bitterness, but ample. For a lager brewery, this is impressively well-done.
