Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy burnt yellow to almost copper color with a three finger white foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal to earthy hops up front with a light honey and biscuity maltiness underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet to a herbal and crisp earthy quality; finishes crisp through those noted flavors
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; very smooth along the tongue; carb level seems good
Overall: yeah, I can see this as a Czech lager and definitely one I would return to.

Pours a very lightly hazy, pale straw color, with smallish head. Aroma is bread, grass, straw. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

3 dL Like at the brewery, 6/15/24. Unfiltered brass-golden. Snow white, creamy head. Clean mineral and light, dainty honey. Bright herbal hops in a low, tasteful amount. Malty, with rich honey and sweet biscuit. Rather bready with low hopping. I respect that it lends in to the yeast, water, malt and doesn't use the hop as a crutch. Round, pleasingly bready mouthfeel. Ample malt and attenuation. Very clean. Authentic yeast character.

On tap at Freak Folk. Pours golden with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is herb and biscuit. Light body, cracker malt, biscuit, grass, crisp finish, very nice.
