Bottled 11.07.2024. amber clear color, rather big white head. smells hay, earthy, herbal, thyme, flowery. very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes herbal, earthy, lemongrass, oak, tobacco, light minerality. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of hay, herbs and earthy notes. very nice one, great balance, rather carbonation, which I enjoy. Not sour at all / great balance. Very good one, very enjoyable.

Pour at If It Ain't Dutch. Hazy-opaque amber. Foamy translucent white head. Vinous with a fruity tang and an almost grainy streak. Light. Thing. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Dry but satisfactory.

Nose is tarte fruit esters, vinous, damp cloth, herb, barnyard nip.
Taste comprises funk, sharp fruits, vinous, herb, light acidic bite, damp oak.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge.
Tidy.

A bit cloudy pale yellowish beige beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, lots of brett, a bit woody, earthy, a hint of vinegar, some lemon juice. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, bitter touch, a bit woody, dry, spicy, a bit fruity. Aftertaste: pretty dry finish, lemony, some wood tannins, earthy, peppery touch, pretty decent one!
