This new beer in the Citra Mo range invites El Dorado to complement Citra and Mosaic hops.

The combination of Citra and Mosaic produce a citrus vibe, by adding El Dorado we bring watermelon flavours to the beer. The result is our house IPA with a little twist.

Foamy off white head stayed on a hazy vivid gold body. Orange, mango & hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp clean back. Bitter hoppy front with orange, pine, pith & herbal tastes. Unusual

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky pale yellow. Fruity hops, somewhat green, a bit vegetal, a bit melon-y, rather dry, slightly sweetish, a bit of bitterness.

Can, via the brewery online shop. Fully hazy, deep gold. Looks thick. Fine white head stays the course. Nose has ripe citrus. Estery fruit. Tea loaf grain. Bit of spearmint. Taste is sticky sweet, with a moderate, pithy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Touch more bitterness on the finish stops it getting sickly. Tasty gear.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy orange with a creamy head. Nose - quince and red apple. Going into orange or apricot. Pungent. Taste - red apple and skins, underripe mango or melon. Palate - light to medium bodied. Creamy texture. Dry, balanced bitterness on the finish. Overall - interesting beer. Think I preferred the Idaho combo a bit more but this is a bit different.
