Vous etes le coq de rien. Suffice it to stay, some beers are meant to be the cocks of walks, and some are not.
This Session Saison safely falls into step with those beers striding confidently along that most fateful walk. Brewed with a dash of spelt and a healthy late hop addition this fine, frothy friend was fermented warm to perfect attenuation and carbed up high for a flavor that is at once bright, rich, juicy and ultra crisp. Strut your stuff, man.

Keg at BD CJ. It pours hazy gold with a thick white head. The aroma is bright, sweet, banana split, white bread and marshmallow. The taste is bitter - sweet, bready malts, straw, icing sugar, banana, hay and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate. Has quite a classic saison profile overall. Decent enough for what it is.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a huge white head. Aroma is yeasty ester with a ever so slight fruity hop. Flavor is a bit of the ester from the yeast but not much more follows. Kind of a dry malt finish. This was just ok. Like most session style beers Iβve had they leave me wanting a bit more of everything.

The Sampler, Brooklyn can: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, and kind of sugary. Taste is dry, yeasty, sweet, floral. A bit too sweet if I al to be honest. Not a great saison but an OK beer.

Draft: Slightly hazed gold, with a small head. Lemon, yeasty aroma. Taste is light, lemon-peel, yeast and grass... A little grass/herb bittering...a bit of dry pepper.... Pretty easy drinking.

Draft. Yeast, lemon, malt, and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet musty lemon malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Light body - doesnβt seem anywhere near 5.8% - wonder if there was a typo on the ABV. If this was under 4.5%, it would be a great sessionable beer.
