Cask (handpump) @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Vocation Chop & Change Black 3Cs ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate to light heavy hoppy, pine, spruce, citrus, fruity hops, wood. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity hops, pine - wood, hoppy, dry, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170120] 7-3-8-3-15

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Black with a creamy off-white head. It’s a dark malt ale with an underlying tropical fruitiness.
