Bottle from a Grocery Outlet. Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is light caramel with some hop, and something that hints of cola. Med body or nearly. Flavor is somewhat roasty malt with something suggesting spicy hop and earth. Actually it would be drinkable, if there wasn’t something likely to be much more enjoyable available.

Bottle. Amber beer with a dark cream had. Malt and light citrus aroma. Caramel and citrus flavor with grain and light pine. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Grain and grapefruit linger with pine.

Bottle shared in New Jersey - huge thanks to Blipp. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The aroma holds some bready malts, berries, hints of caramel. Medium sweet flavor with grainy bread, slight metal, toasted pine, more berries, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes sweet with some piney hops, dry caramel, grainy bread, grass, slight metallic notes. So so.

Clear gold pour with a white head. Very light hop and malt aroma. The flavor is not bad, just very dilute and unassertive. More like an average Pale ale

12 ounce bottle from Harris Teeter Crozet. Pours a clear amber color with a large frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of peppery, herbal hops and caramel malts. The taste is bitter herbal hops with quite a bit of citrus and significant caramel malt. Thin-medium bodied. Decent.

12oz bottle, so what’s the deal with the label stated “Barreled and Numbered” . . . and that means exactly what? “Hand crafted, Quality, . . . etc” wow, too many words and seemingly not enough effort put into the beer recipe, ingredients and brewing process. Copper pour with white head of foam. The aroma is sweet sugary malts, what I look for in an IPA, and a mild level of vague bitter hops. The taste has malt sweetened and roasted malt nuanced vague bitter hops that have a light sort of citrus to resiny pine like quality. Poor IPA.
