Our LPA was the first release in our keg range and is borne from a fusion of an English Pale Ale recipe and a German Lagering technique known as Krausening. This produces a pale ale with a long, crisp finish with similarities to a lager in style and flavour.

Keg @ The Railway, West Hampstead. Clear golden with a thin head. Its pale ale dryness makes it a little less crisp tasting than you might expect from a keg ale, but it’s still very palatable and enjoyable, even without much in the way of flavour.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and fruity yeasty aroma, notes of apricot, peach, mirabelle, nectarine, hints of mint and woodruff; very ephemeral hop flavours, only something like quince remains with reasonable durableness. Taste is herbal hoppy, piney, woody, coniferes in general, hints of unripe mirabelle, a chalky touch. Not so bad...

Keg@Pratts & Payne, Streatham, London (05/06/2015) - golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is faint sweet fruity and light malty, some lemon, orange, served very cold but even warmed slightly still so faint and vague, not much to recommend here.

Keg at Temple Brew, 16/12/14. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose is pale malt, toffee, light citric peel, melon. Taste comprises pale malt, grain, straw, light biscuit, citric rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ho Hum, golden blonde for the masses on keg, not for me.
