Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a near clear copper with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has brandy and dates with sweet grains and some Belgian yeast supporting. Flavor has sweet grains and dates with growing brandy and some Belgian yeast in the finish .

Light brown color. Brown sugar and tons of sweet malt. Sweet and hot with alcohol. No complexity and not in the saint Bernard’s Abbot style, but a decent malt based beer. A bomber is too much.

Not bad. Kind of a mild, slightly malty aroma. Flavor’s dominated by raisins, molasses bittersweet and some carbonic tang. Slight medicinal finish. Drinkable.
