Přírodní nepasterovaný a nefiltrovaný cider francouzského typu vyrobený z vybraných odrůd českých jablek. Čerstvě vylisovaný mošt fermentujeme a necháme dokvášet v ležáckých tancích. Nic víc, nic míň! Nepřidáváme cukr, konzervanty, barviva, aromata. Uměle nedosycujeme. Žádný koncentrát! Jablka, nic než jablka, jenom jablka, k tomu nám dopomáhej Bůh!

Tap at Čep & Pec. Actually fitting the FR style. Med-light bubbling. Medium sweetness, light sourness and tartness. Hint of bitterness. Could still use a bit more complexity in the apple character, but is almost there. And nicely clean, very natural feeling too. Tasty, easy drinking, very good.

Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, very pale straw colored. AROMA- fine, fermented, apple must. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, slightly sour, apple, yeast. Light to medium bodied. Maybe too decent, still nice.

# 1721; 1/2020. Sweet apples in aroma. Yellowgreen color, slightly hazy. Candy, sweet apple. Very good, sweet cider. 0,7 l bottle, brewpub, Chříč (CZ). 7-3-6-3-14=*33 Edit 1/2023: Apple and spicy aroma. Hazy straw body; persistent white head. Apple juice, lemon. Very good cider. 0,3 l, bottle, brewshop, Prague.
