Bottle at home in London - picked up at a random offie in Hackney. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Lightly toasted crackery malts in the aroma, light caramel, bread, aged pine. Medium sweet flavour with more crackers, gummy citrus candies, graham cracker, faint melon, toffee. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes sweet, with more pale bread, lots of faded crackery malts, worn-out piney hops, ripened citrus, a little tangerine. Not excellent.

Bottled. Ambery/copper colour with a small shite head. Atoma is dry dark fruits along with some toffee, mild spruce as well as some mild sugary notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some fruity and floral notes along with mild bitterness. Tastes a bit like the hops have worn off.

Bottled 330ml (AbM, BB 04/2017)
Brewery tick #3142. Clear amber color, small white head, lace. Aroma has rye, caramel, toasted toffee and some earthy hops. Light to medium-bodied. Caramalt, pine, harsh "bready" notes, light spiceyness. Feels quite harsh and as such more English than American pale ale. Doesn’t give fresh impression.

Clear medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel. Taste is medium sweet and bitter, roasted malts, of average duration. Aftertaste is malty bittersweet; medium body, watery to oily body, soft carbonation. All in all too much dominated by roasted malts, makes it one-sided, certainly not an APA, just decent.

Bottle 33 cl. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Heavy caramel nose - massively oxidized. Medium body, sweet caramel, mega oxidized hops, hardly any bitterness. Very poor. 110116

330ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, off-white head. Cautious lemon tea aroma, hints of mouldy lemongrass. Taste is dry, minimally citrusy, hints of lemon tea, a spicy, grainy touch. Sedate.

Karamellpreg i ettersmaken. Godt førsteinntrykk, slapp i slutten.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Cognac colour, white head. Moderate aroma of hops and caramel. Very moderate hops and a little caramel in the flavour too, not offensive but without any real character.

33cL capped bottle at restaurant in BCN. Dated BB 15.01.17, should be fresh. Amber honey color. Oily hops, sweet tea malts, and low bitterness. I like the sweet flavor but the hops aren’t particularly well done. But happy to have this as it seems macros dominate the taps around here.
