Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a gifantic and almost rock solid beige head with good retention. Extremely fizzy when poured. Aroma of yeast and dark, dried fruits. Medium body, yeasty, some clove and again dried fruits. Never too sweet and actually not a bad example - if it wasn't for the excessive carbonation. 221019

500ml bottle shared with Skinnyviking at Frederik den VI. Frothy beige head slowly diminishing over a dark brown body,near-clear. Slightly roasted dark malty aromas, hints of dried fruits. Dark doughy flavours added by cocoa sweetness and yeast. Quite sweet malty ending. Soft carbonated. Accepted. (Copenhagen 13.05.2018).

Bottle@yesprs - Brown pour with beige covering. Sweet malty and hoppy, yeasty doughy notes, pale malty, some cereal, straw, vague cocoa notes, light to medium body, sweet malty subdued hoppy finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear amber colour with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma with wet hay, wheat malts and caramel malts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity with caramel malts and spicy notes.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Nice complex of roast, chocolate and fruity esters. Average oderate bitter finish. Oily palate. An example of a "black hefe".

Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, wheat, caramel, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, banana, riped banana.
