One of the boldest honeys, the ivy honey in this beer provides a depth that is elusive and unforgettable.
Toffee and caramel are present but offset by a herbal, woody bitterness.

Bottle shared at chriso and Ruth's pre GBBF tasting 2016 - London. Cheers! Pours unclear ruddy gold with a creamy head. The nose holds biscuits, dough, honey, cereal. Medium sweet flavour, with more sugary bread and lightly toasted grains. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish, further biscuits and cereal. A bit one-dimensional. Alright.
