A rich and complex malt bill is what drives this beer, giving notes of leather, coffee, and bitter chocolate. We then decided to nitrogenate this beer to give a creamy smooth stout to rival Dublin’s most famous export. Mouthfeel is key with that beautiful cascading surge that settles into a very tight white foam & stark black body, rounding off the perfect pitch-black luxury.

Keg @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester - not too far from the River Irwell in the city centre. Smooth gaseous keg stout and easy enough for it, although a grittiness exists here. Somewhat floral in aroma.
