Bottle.Nose is sasion yeast, lemon, hint of ginger, herbal, hint of mint, medicinal, hints of aniseed. Taste aniseed, yeast, grass, lemon, slight peach and funk, dry herbal, spice, hint of ginger, bitter dandelion- it tastes almost as if it has brett in it, but no mention in the bottle. It's complex, well balanced and works well as a saison. However having made an awful homebrew with dandelion this year, I think I can conclude I don't like the taste of dandelions, which has limited my enjoyment of the beer but that's not the brewers fault - YMWV.
