Almost clear red - amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate, light minerally carbonation. Light malt, little thin cream. Mildly spicy bubblegum ester. Finishes light and tangy with a spicy linger. Okay.

Sample at Kinetic Brewing Company. The beer pours a reddish-amber color with a medium thin creamy off-white head that diminishes steadily. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted bread, dark fruit and yeast. Medium body with flavors of grainy malt, figs and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a caramel malt and spice aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours very hazy, quite dark orange brown with a slight head that was transient. Aroma of medium dark fruit with some suggestions of spice. Full bodied. Flavor is very fruity with clove, vanilla and arguably treacle. Certainly not dry, but not sticky sweet either. Mildly spiced for an xmas ale. Too spiced for the summer. Works well as a winter warmer!

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a pretty, hazed amber-bronze body with a small tan head. Aromas of baked bread, dates, cinnamon, nutmeg, dark fruits and molasses. Flavors are bready, toasty with vanilla, spice and crackers. Lively bubbles with a tinge of alcohol. A very tasty beer.
