Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saison yeast, wheat, light frozen raspberry, banana notes, light fruity yeast. Keg at Crown Bar. It pours cloud golden with a big fluffy white head. The aroma is bread, cereal, honeyed grain, earth, sweet raspberry and a touch of jam. The taste is dry, bitter, floral, soapy, soft raspberry, hint of citrus rind, wax, wheat, spice and bread with a dry finish. Light - medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth feel. Raspberry is fairly subtle and we’ll integrated. Well rounded and rather quaffable.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma definitely has some raspberry, along with dry wheat bread, some lemony accents. Light sweet flavour with subtly jammy raspberry, more wheat bread, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, with a pleasant mix of understated raspberry and lightly dried wheat bread. Easygoing and very drinkable.
