Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 08, 2024.
Aroma is fairly hoppy with nice herbal, floral and spicy hop notes. Medium light bready grain notes and hints of alcohol.
Pours a slightly hazy, pale, yellow gold color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in clumps. Moderately high lacing and small legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with moderate bready, grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Medium light herbal, spicy, floral hop notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid pilsner even if it wasn't particularly fresh. Classic noble hip aroma with great pilsner notes. It's a bit of a big beer though and not particularly crisp. Still easy drinking though.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a 3 finger creamy white head. Mixed aroma of peach, tripel and grass. Med body. Very hoppy - starts fruity goes strongly grassy. Hints sweet but finishes dry, a little astringent and bitter. This is great stuff.
