Bottle thanks to Colin. It pours deep brown with a dirty beige head. The nose is sweet, bitter-sweet, juicy, toasty brown sugar, plum, prune, sugary, candy and earth. The taste is bitter-sweet, toasty, earthy, charred wood, ash, leather and dirt with dry finish. Medium + body and fine carbonation. Solid. Great aroma, but tastes a bit old. Got some red wax reflux. So-so.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Colin. Pours deep brown with a thick, creamy tan head. The aroma has some toasty pine, some perfume. Medium sweet flavor with some oily pine, toasted bred, baking cocoa, scorched earth. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Very slight resins on the finish, some boozy warmth, dried citrus, some wood. Very tasty.
