On tap at Zagreb Beer Week 2017. Clear dark golden to amber, medium off-white head. Lightly to moderately hoppy, fruity, grainy and malty. Sweetish. Medium body, soft carbonation, lousy finish. Average.

Bottle at home from the Wine Society. A good pour with an amazing clarity in the tankard. This was a very good and very typical English bitter that ticked all of the boxes. Sweet biscuity malt (definite digestive biscuit thing going on) alongside balancing bitter hops. A smooth mouthfeel from the malt and a great low abv. It was drunk alongside barbecued beer can chicken, burgers and sausages and partnered them a treat.

Handpull cask at the Crown & Anchor, Brixton. Orange brown, clear. There's a little bit of off-white head. Caramel, sourdough and berry in the yeasty and surprisingly complex aroma. Sweet taste with yeast and dull citrus notes, with a light balanced finish. Leafy hop aftertaste. Almost no carbonation. Interesting beer, if a bit basic
