It's an amber.
It wasn't supposed to be.
It was supposed to be a pale beer but due to an unscheduled mistake with the malt base it's now amber. And we quite like the result although we'll never be able to recreate it as we don't have a record of the size of the error so it is truly a one-off never to be repeated beer.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5
Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 26th November 2024. Brownish copper with shallow foam and spot lacing. Nutty malts aroma. Zesty peel and rich maltiness in-mouth. A bitter finish. Full bodied with a smooth yet engaging mouthfeel. Exquisite.
