The Symbiosis series is all about experimentation and trying new things so it made sense to dedicate it to 2018 to Tryanuary, a nationwide festival and celebration of trying new beers, new bottles shops, and new pubs and bars.

Whereas previous beers have looked to the more tropical hop combinations of the likes of Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic and Vic's Secret, in Ilex we've gone full citrus. Chinook and Lemon Drop combine to hammer out hugely refreshing orange and grapefruit flavours. We've kept to the tenets of the previous in the series - namely huge dry hopping, reduced bittering hops, and a chunky ole mouth feel from the wheat!
