Inspired by British brewing traditions. This cask-conditioned beer uses East Kent Goldings to add a touch of spice and honey notes to compliment the rich caramel flavour coming from a blend of 5 different malts.

Half-pint, shared with Finn. Off-white head over a clear, reddish-brown body, laces well. Inviting aromas of cereal malts and leafy hops. Well blended taste, hints of dried fruits, leafy hops and mid-sweet malts. Bittersweet ending, hints of spices to it. Nice. (Liverpool, 13.02.2025).

Drucken på Cask på Bishop Gustaf Malmö. Kanske fylligaste öl jag druckit på Cask. En fantastisk kropp med massor av rostade nötter och fullkornsbröd. Mjuk och len och snygg brittisk humle. Mycket gott

Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 24th August 2024. Brownish copper with yellowy white foam and full lacing. Malty aroma. Rich, nutty malts in-mouth and a finish of unsweetened Ovaltine and a citrus buildup. Medium bodied with an engaging texture.
